Posture and contemporary life style / Mamanet a new sport

I was invited at the CUT Radio and the show "Youngsters Voice" by Marilena Levendi to talk about the importance of good posture in our lifes and also to promote, with my very good friend Shoshi Danziger, a new sport called Mamanet that started in Cyprus almost a year ago.
